By continuing to access and use the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

d. Co-terminus Nature

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are co-terminus, meaning that the expiration or termination of either document will result in the termination of the other.

The platform empowers users to navigate and customize their experience based on their unique preferences and professional objectives, making it an ideal space for a wide range of interests and industries.

ConectYu, which includes both the website and mobile application, is a proprietary product of ConectYu Hive Private Limited. All trademarks, including those related to the ConectYu platform, are the exclusive property of ConectYu Hive Private Limited.

4. REGISTRATION

To access and use the services provided by the ConectYu platform, you are required to complete a registration process. Registration is free, except for certain paid features within the application. Users must be at least 13 years of age to register and use the platform. Users under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before registering.

You may use either your social media accounts or email address to create your account. Once you have submitted the necessary details, your registration will be considered complete only after successful authentication and verification via mobile or email confirmation.

This information is optional, but adding it enhances your experience by connecting you with opportunities and like-minded professionals. Sensitive details like your email or phone number are visible only if you choose to share them.

The platform allows users to upload content such as media, pictures, and reviews, but retains the right to monitor content for compliance with applicable legal standards.

Please note that for security and privacy reasons, we do not permit linking third-party social media accounts to your registration on the platform.

By completing the registration, you agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge that your use of the platform is governed by the applicable rules and policies.

5. ELIGIBILITY:

a. Legal Competence and Age Requirement

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the requisite mental capacity to enter into binding contracts, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, meaning under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the platform with the explicit consent of your legal guardian. By accessing or using the platform as a minor, you acknowledge that your actions on the platform will be considered to have been carried out under the supervision and authority of your legal guardian, and your guardian is responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms of Use. If the legal age of consent or eligibility in a user's country differs from the standard specified by ConectYu, the legal age as defined by the user's local laws will apply.

b. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

You further represent that you will comply with these Terms of Use, and all relevant laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, local, state, national, and international laws governing online conduct, data protection, intellectual property, and content regulation. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations that govern your use of the platform and any associated services, and you acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

c. Disqualification from Contracting

You acknowledge that you are not disqualified from using the platform by any applicable law or regulation currently in force. Specifically, if you are legally prohibited from entering into contracts or if you are otherwise deemed incompetent to use the platform due to any legal restriction (such as being under guardianship, bankruptcy, or any other legal incapacity), you must refrain from accessing or using the platform. You agree that, by using the platform, you are legally able to enter into and comply with these Terms of Use. Any use of the platform by individuals who are not legally competent or who are disqualified by law is strictly prohibited.

6. PAYMENT TERMS:

By purchasing or subscribing to any paid services offered by ConectYu Hive Private Limited through the Platform, you agree to honor your payment obligations and understand the following terms:

1. Payment Information: You authorize ConectYu Hive Private Limited to store your payment information securely for the purpose of processing transactions related to your use of the Platform. 3. Refund Policy: Refunds are not allowed for general returns or cancellations, and you acknowledge that ConectYu Hive Private Limited does not offer refunds under typical circumstances. However, in cases where a payment has been processed multiple times for the same service, the duplicate charges may be refunded or adjusted to the next billing cycle, based on the user's interest or request. This is the only scenario in which refunds are possible, and there are no other exclusions or exceptions to this policy.
4. Foreign Exchange Fees: Purchases made from locations outside of India may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in pricing based on the currency exchange rate at the time of payment. You are responsible for any such fees or price variations.
5. Payment Method and Billing: By purchasing paid services, you agree that ConectYu Hive Private Limited may store your payment method (e.g., credit card) for future billing purposes, even if it expires. This is done to ensure continuous service and avoid interruptions to your access to paid services. You may update your payment method at any time through your account settings.
6. Subscription Billing: If you purchase a subscription, you understand and agree that your payment method will automatically be charged at the start of each subscription period for the applicable fees and taxes. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Instructions on how to cancel or suspend your subscription will be provided within your account settings.
7. Tax Calculation: The taxes applicable to your purchase will be calculated based on the billing information you provide us. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date to ensure proper tax calculation.
8. Invoice Access: You can view and download a copy of your invoice through your ConectYu Hive Private Limited account settings under the "Purchase History" section.

By proceeding with a purchase or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms, including the responsibility for timely payments and adherence to the Platform's billing, cancellation, and refund policies.

7. CONTENT:

The User represents and warrants that they either own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to the content they upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, media files, and other forms of content. ConectYu Hive Private Limited assumes no responsibility for the content uploaded, posted, or transmitted by Users. By submitting content to the Platform, Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConectYu Hive Private Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to any content uploaded or shared by the User, including, but not limited to, any third-party claims of infringement, defamation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

All content displayed on the Platform, whether provided by ConectYu Hive Private Limited or Users, is protected by copyright laws. Users are strictly prohibited from using, reusing, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without obtaining explicit written consent from ConectYu Hive Private Limited and/or the copyright owner. Any unauthorized use of the content may result in legal consequences.

By submitting content to the Platform, Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they provide is accurate, authentic, genuine, and does not infringe on the rights of others. Users are also responsible for the quality and integrity of the content they upload. While the Platform allows for feedback and comments from Users, ConectYu Hive Private Limited does not assume any responsibility or liability for the feedback, comments, or opinions expressed by other Users regarding any content on the Platform. ConectYu Hive Private Limited is not liable for any consequences resulting from feedback or comments made by other Users.

In cases where content uploaded by a User is found to be false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, vulgar, or otherwise violates the terms of the Platform, ConectYu Hive Private Limited reserves the right to take corrective actions, including but not limited to:

• Suspending the User's account for an indefinite period (as determined at the Platform's discretion).
• Terminating the User's account if they are found to have repeatedly or intentionally violated the terms related to content creation, sharing, or submission.

Users shall be fully responsible for any financial or legal losses that result from the creation, sharing, or submission of content that is deemed to be false, misleading, inaccurate, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, costs arising from infringement claims or reputational harm caused by the content.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view content on the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit Users to copy, adapt, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content without obtaining prior written consent from ConectYu Hive Private Limited. Any attempt to do so without proper authorization will be considered a violation of the Platform's terms and may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

By engaging with the content on the Platform, Users agree to respect the intellectual property rights of ConectYu Hive Private Limited and other content owners and to use the Platform in a manner that does not infringe upon those rights.

8. INDEMNITY

The User represents and warrants that they either own or have obtained all the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content they upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Platform. This content may include, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, audio files, media, and any other materials shared through the Platform. ConectYu Hive Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any content uploaded, posted, or transmitted by Users. By submitting content to the Platform, Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConectYu Hive Private Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or other legal obligations arising from or related to any content uploaded, shared, or transmitted by the User. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to intellectual property infringement, defamation, or any violation of privacy or publicity rights, or any other legal issues arising from content posted by the User.

a. Copyright Protection

All content on the Platform, whether it is provided by ConectYu Hive Private Limited or Users, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are strictly prohibited from using, copying, reproducing, distributing, displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any content found on the Platform without obtaining explicit prior written consent from ConectYu Hive Private Limited and/or the relevant copyright holder. Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal consequences, including civil or criminal actions and liability for damages.

b. Responsibility for Content

By submitting content to the Platform, Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content is accurate, authentic, genuine, and does not infringe on the rights of others. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they provide does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to those concerning copyright, intellectual property, privacy, defamation, or harassment. Furthermore, Users are responsible for the quality and integrity of the content they upload, share, or transmit.

While the Platform allows for feedback and comments from Users, ConectYu Hive Private Limited does not assume any liability for the opinions, statements, or feedback expressed by other Users in relation to any content on the Platform. ConectYu Hive Private Limited is not responsible for any harm or damage caused by feedback, comments, or opinions shared by Users, and the Platform does not endorse any third-party opinions or content.

c. Corrective Actions for Content Violations

In the event that content uploaded by a User is found to be false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, vulgar, harmful, or otherwise violates the terms and conditions of the Platform, ConectYu Hive Private Limited reserves the right to take appropriate corrective actions, including, but not limited to:

• Suspending the User's account indefinitely or for a specified duration, at the sole discretion of the Platform.
• Terminating the User's account if they are found to have repeatedly or intentionally violated the terms related to content creation, sharing, or submission.

These actions may be taken without prior notice, at the sole discretion of ConectYu Hive Private Limited, to ensure the integrity of the Platform and its community.

d. Financial and Legal Responsibility

Users shall be fully liable for any financial, legal, or reputational damages that result from the creation, sharing, or submission of content that is deemed to be false, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, or in violation of applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, any costs arising from intellectual property infringement claims, legal disputes, or harm to the reputation of ConectYu Hive Private Limited or other Users. The User agrees to cover all costs, expenses, or liabilities, including legal fees, incurred by ConectYu Hive Private Limited due to their actions in relation to infringing content.

e. License to Access and View Content

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view content on the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not allow Users to:

• Copy, adapt, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content available on the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any content, code, or software associated with the Platform.

Any attempt to do so, without the express written permission of ConectYu Hive Private Limited, will be considered a violation of these Terms of Use. Such violations may result in suspension, termination of the User's account, and/or legal action to protect the rights of the Platform and its content creators.

f. Respect for Intellectual Property Rights

By using the Platform, Users agree to respect the intellectual property rights of ConectYu Hive Private Limited and other content owners. Users are obligated to use the Platform in a manner that does not infringe upon these rights, and they must comply with all intellectual property laws and regulations when interacting with content on the Platform. Any content provided by ConectYu Hive Private Limited or Users that is not expressly authorized for use in accordance with these Terms is prohibited from being copied, reproduced, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.

By continuing to use the Platform, Users confirm their understanding and acceptance of these responsibilities regarding content, intellectual property, and indemnity.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Exclusions of Liability for ConectYu Hive Private Limited's Founders, Promoters, Partners, and Associated Individuals

The Founders, Promoters, Partners, and any associated individuals or entities of ConectYu Hive Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any consequences that arise due to the following circumstances:

• Accessibility Issues: If the Platform is temporarily or permanently unavailable, inoperative, or unresponsive due to any connectivity-related issues, such as but not limited to, slow internet connections, network failures, server downtime, or any other interruptions that may affect the accessibility or functioning of the Platform. This includes errors caused by factors outside the control of ConectYu Hive Private Limited, such as issues with internet service providers, data centers, or third-party services.
• Incorrect Information or Data: If the User inputs incorrect, incomplete, or false information during the registration process or while using the Platform, or if there is any deletion, alteration, or loss of User data. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up-to-date.
• Failures: If there is a delay, failure, or inability to communicate via email or any other communication method provided by ConectYu Hive Private Limited, including delays in responding to inquiries or notifications.
• Deficiencies or Defects in Services: If there are any deficiencies, defects, or interruptions in the services provided by ConectYu Hive Private Limited through the Platform. This may include issues with functionality, technical bugs, or unavailability of specific services that are offered.
• Failure of Third-Party Services: If there is a failure or disruption in any third-party services or external integrations that the Platform relies on to provide its services, and which may impact the User's experience on the Platform. This includes services such as payment gateways, content delivery networks, or other external service providers integrated with the Platform.
• No Liability for Errors, Omissions, or Damages: ConectYu Hive Private Limited will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use or misuse of the Platform or any services provided through the Platform. The Platform, its content, and all related services are provided "as is" without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to their accuracy, reliability, suitability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users acknowledge that the Platform may contain technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, or other issues that could cause harm to their devices, and that the Platform does not warrant or guarantee the availability, functionality, or performance of the services. ConectYu Hive Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure or unavailability of the Platform for any reason, including routine maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical failures.
• Compliance with Applicable Laws: You, the User, are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and local rules, as well as with the policies, guidelines, and other terms set forth in these Terms of Use. This includes compliance with any laws related to data protection, privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam, and any other legal requirements relevant to your use of the Platform. Any violation of applicable laws or the policies set by ConectYu Hive Private Limited may result in suspension or termination of your account, without liability to ConectYu Hive Private Limited.
• Exclusion of Liability for Unforeseeable Loss or Damage: ConectYu Hive Private Limited expressly disclaims liability for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of use, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This exclusion applies to damages incurred as a result of your use, misuse, or inability to use the Platform, or due to any breach of these Terms of Use by you. Additionally, ConectYu Hive Private Limited is not liable for any loss or damage caused by a failure to fulfill any obligation under these Terms, due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, technological failures, or government actions.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConectYu Hive Private Limited shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss, damage, or harm, regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) or the legal basis of the claim. You agree that ConectYu Hive Private Limited's liability, if any, will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the services directly related to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge and agree that the sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with ConectYu Hive Private Limited is to terminate your use of the Platform. In no event shall ConectYu Hive Private Limited be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other indirect or consequential losses.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that your only recourse for any dissatisfaction or dispute with the services provided by ConectYu Hive Private Limited is to cease using the Platform, and that no further action may be taken against ConectYu Hive Private Limited for any claims not directly related to the Platform's core functionality.

10. TERM:

1. These Terms of Use shall remain a valid, binding, and enforceable agreement between you and ConectYu Hive Private Limited for as long as you continue to access or use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms throughout your use of the Platform.
2. You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by ceasing to access and use the Platform. Termination may include deleting your account or ceasing any other activity related to the Platform. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to access your account or use any features associated with it.
3. ConectYu Hive Private Limited reserves the right to terminate these Terms of Use and close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to, violations of these Terms of Use, legal or regulatory compliance issues, or discrepancies in the information you have provided. This may include temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the Platform.
4. Suspension or termination of your account and/or access to the Platform will not limit ConectYu Hive Private Limited's right to take further legal or remedial action, including seeking damages, if necessary. We reserve the right to pursue any other appropriate actions in response to violations of these Terms of Use.
5. ConectYu Hive Private Limited also reserves the right to discontinue or suspend the services and/or the Platform at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. We may do so for reasons such as technological or business decisions, updates, maintenance, or changes in applicable laws or regulations.

11. TERMINATION

ConectYu Hive Private Limited retains the right to, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

• A breach or violation of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other applicable legal guidelines.
• Failure to comply with the rules, policies, or procedures set forth by ConectYu Hive Private Limited.
• Engagement in activities that are illegal, harmful, or disruptive to the Platform or its users.

In the event of such termination or suspension, your access to the Platform may be immediately revoked, and your account may be permanently closed. ConectYu Hive Private Limited is under no obligation to reinstate or allow re-access to the Platform, and we will not be liable for any damages, loss of data, or other consequences arising from the termination or suspension.
